Art Therapy

 

Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses creative expression—like drawing, painting, sculpting, or collage—as a way to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a safe, supportive environment.

It’s not about being “good” at art. Instead, it’s about using the creative process to help you:

I will gently guide you through the process, helping you reflect on the images you create and what they might reveal about your inner experience. Sometimes, simply making art is enough; other times, the conversation around the art becomes a deeper part of the therapeutic work.
